USERA Names Apex Competition Systems as Official Supplier
14 February 2006
The United States Endurance Racing Association, Inc. announced today that Apex Competition Systems has been named an Official Supplier to the USERA Spec Miata Endurance Championship. Apex Competition is part of a group of companies that have been providing services and equipment sales to the road racing community since 1998.
"Our association with Apex Competition's owner Bill Sulouff goes back a number of years when Bill was contracted to crew for a professional race I was competing in at Daytona. USERA is delighted that we are able to continue a relationship with someone who truly understands the team's needs," said Ken Grammer, President of USERA. "Apex Competition will be providing on-line and at-event sales of parts and supplies our teams will need to compete effectively in the Spec Miata Endurance Championship."
"Apex Competition is excited by the format of the new USERA Spec Miata Endurance Championship," according to Bill Sulouff, owner of ACS. "The endurance series format really gives us the opportunity to showcase our excellent line of products and will thoroughly test their performance in these long distance events. We plan on expanding our operations to support the Spec Miata Endurance Championship while still offering quality racing components, pit crew equipment, and other services to the racing community at large."
As part of the announcement, ACS will be establishing a contingency program for teams participating in the Spec Miata Endurance Championship for 2006. Details of the contingency program will be posted in the USERA web site at
